CANON POINT: anywhere in the tv show, pre-movie, mid-movie, post-movie fix-it AUs; it’s all good. also open to cross-canon mashups or timey wimey AUs where he just happens to be a resistance member around the time of TFA/TLJ/TROS, and wasn’t a member of rogue one specifically. up-to-date on the andor tv show.

TL;DR: a sly survivalist thief who learned to fight for something bigger than himself; became a wry, guarded spy working for the rebel alliance. participated in the mission to steal the death star plans. one of the most capable agents within rebel intelligence, with the ability to handle a wide range of missions, from reconnaissance to assassination and sabotage. pragmatically brutal when he has to be, although it weighs heavy on him. aged ~28-33 depending on timeline.

FIGHTING/INJURY: yes! although he prefers to avoid a fight entirely, he’s quick on his feet, a scrappy fighter, and a sharp shooter.

GENRE INTERESTS: home is not a place, it’s the people. found family. tired rebels and survivors rediscovering hope in a hopeless place. shady underground deals and the dirty fieldwork required to keep all the pieces of a desperate rebellion moving. cassian’s brutality in service of a greater cause. insomnia, sparring, fake relationships undercover, there was only one bed, hurt/comfort in the wake of a mission gone bad, etc etc i’m tropey garbage.

CROSS-CANON: heck yeah; other space opera science fiction canons especially welcome, like the expanse, mass effect, firefly, or sw characters from other canon points. (i especially would love to see what him & poe working together would be like, and would totally ship it if our writing has chemistry.) surprise me!
